Join us during the September 4th faculty meeting for a special webinar
presented by Dr. Emma Woodward on How to Talk to Kids About Bullying.
This webinar will cover topics related to understanding bullying behaviors in
children in the school setting, including:
- Differentiating between bullying and developmentally expected peer conflict
- Types of bullying
- The risks and warning signs of bullying
The webinar will also cover several topics aimed at helping school professionals
build tools to prevent and respond to bullying in school.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Emma C. Woodward, PhD is a psychologist in the Anxiety Disorders
Center at the Child Mind Institute. She has experience with individual,
family, and group therapy in diverse settings including children’s
hospitals, outpatient clinics, and community mental health clinics. Dr.
Woodward is passionate about helping children and families learn
strategies to manage and overcome difficulties related to anxiety and
restore hope for a brighter future.
